Lots of fresh strawberry fruit and slips down a treat! This has a vibrant strawberry colour and very fine, persistent bubbles; a red fruit nose with currants and summer fruits very evident. It really comes alive on the palate, being dry but with a wonderful crunchy (apple) fruit character and red fruits on the finish.

Brother and sister oenologists Luc and Line Delhumeau are following three centuries of family tradition and producing stunning wines with an unwavering respect for their environment. Thanks to their efforts Domaine de Brizé wines now carry the Terra Vitis logo, a mark of distinction and proof of ecological sustainability in all areas of production. The domaine is situated 30km south of Angers in Martigné-Briand, one of the most celebrated wine growing areas of Anjou.

Made using the traditional (champagne) method with Cabernet Franc being the dominant grape in the blend.
