LAN are a winery with a fantastic reputation, earned through exceptional practices like paying the growers of the grapes for the Crianza twice the market rate to keep yields low and to guarantee unparalleled access to the vineyards. The Crianza is full of sweet berry fruit and creamy vanilla tones with soft tannins and a long finish.

Singular to LAN is its pioneering use of mixed oak barrels to age their wines, the American oak enhancing the full flavour and smooth texture of their wines, while the additional use of French and Central European casks adds an extra level of complexity. LAN make Rioja in the traditional way, which means plenty of oak ageing and complexity of flavour, with very attractive creamy vanilla characters and strawberry fruit.
